Restoring the workplace is typically not a quick or easy fix. Each situation must be evaluated individually as the approach will vary depending on the specific circumstances. It is important to note and understand that over time, it is possible to restore trust, rebuild relationships and build a healthy workplace so that everyone can be productive and work together in harmony.
