(My coach) was so professional with impeccable boundaries and so many skills. But how did it go? I would say by the end it was like having an old high school friend, whom I trusted implicitly, holding up a mirror for me to see myself in a more clear way! I trusted her with the good news and the tough stuff, and really always looked forward to our time together. At the end of 8 sessions, I was trying to make stuff up so that I could keep on working with her - she is a GEM! She was an incredible coach, and her work with me truly helped me to become a more skilled leader! (Also, I got the promotion I was going for, thanks, in no small part, to her assistance along the way!)

(My coach) got me to "see the light"! She was able to give me an impartial 3rd party view on the situation, and point out where I had made a wrong turn. She told me what I was embarking on wouldn't be easy so no sugar coating it. Yes, I would recommend her to others. (Her) HR work experience and her leadership/coaching training were the perfect combo for me in this situation and have been in the past.

I felt like I had someone who actually understands the cards which I had been dealt and truly guided me in the best possible way through all of the challenges which I faced during the past several months/year. She gave me the confidence I needed to speak up loud enough to be heard and understood, and that allowed change to happen in my role which was very much needed. She also reminded me that as a woman, we need to take a different stance and have to work a bit harder to get the attention we so truly deserve in the room, especially in meetings. Look the part and you will be treated the part.

(She) made me feel I would get back in the game again, find that job that was out there and suitable for me. I appreciated the info/tools she passed on to me to help with my job search.

(My coach was) very intuitive. I appreciated her thoughtful homework.. It always brought me to deeper understanding of myself in any context. It connected me to the before and after of myself through the process of losing my job after 11 years and finding a new one. She shared some of her story with restructures and that helped me immensely.

I would absolutely recommend (my Coach). I feel like we had a strong connection from the get go. I felt that my ambitions and motivations were well understood by her. I felt as though she phrased ideas in a way that I could metabolize, and altered her phrasing when I showed resistance or concern. But most of all what I valued was her clear belief in my and the goals that I'm trying to achieve. The enduring enthusiasm and positivity was the exact tonic that my mind needed. She showed me how valuable my experiences were and how capable I was. Another valuable element was the permit to recognize that career transitions are draining and intimidating and confusing.

Wanted to let you know I am at my first day back at work!! Sent my resume last Monday...was called for interview that afternoon for Wednesday and hired Friday! Me thinks it was the kick ass resume! I would like to thank you for your support in this process but more than anything, I wanted to let you know that my coach has been a big part of my success. The "click" was there since the first meeting. She listened to me, shared ideas with me, challenged me and always pushed and motivated me the way that I wanted to be. She was always smiling and we have been able to laugh a lot which is something that was very important for me. I would say that without her, I am not sure that I would have been able to get to where I am now. She helped me with my resume, with my LinkedIn profile, and with my interview preparation. Thanks very much for a professionally executed series of workshops. The feedback received has been great and I couldn't imagine how the day could have gone any better. The workshops motivated and encouraged people to fully engage and speak honestly in the last part of the day.
